We service customers throughout Southeast Michigan, Northwest Ohio, from Lima to Dayton, Ohio and Eastern Indiana. We are there for you when you need us. Our company realizes that not everyone is willing to travel out of town but unfortunately, disasters happen everywhere, everyday. We will travel and arrive in a respectable time frame, usually within four hours or less. If you are worried about the cost of an out-of-town job, don’t worry. We have rate plans and price breaks for long distance communtes.
Sometime losses can occur at the worst times. We understand that there is never a good time for something like this to happen. That is why we are always available. You can call us anytime and we will handle the loss for you; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We believe in planting roots. We are willing to work with your insurance company and/or your management company to meet your needs and your interests.We have a time and material rate plan for companies who prefer not to have an itemized estimate. On the other hand we can provide highly detailed computer cost estimtes as well. We will even meet with you to work out custom price sheets for your company.

Warehouse Procedures
In the event a customer’s personal property needs to be removed from their home or business after a disaster we provide the following services:
We remove your contents in a safe manner by our professionally trained staff in one of our moving trucks. Each item is hand inspected before it leaves your home/business to ensure it is returned in the same condition it left in.
At our warehouse, each item is cleaned in accordance to the type of material it is composed of and the degree of which the smoke has affected the item. Some items, once taken to our shop, may be deemed unsalvagable and will be returned to the customer to inventory.
All items pass through our ozone room. This is a process used to deoderize items and is the final step in cleaning before storage. All items are stored in our warehouse under video surveillance, a full security system and year round climate-controlled environment.
Upon completion of construction to our home or business, we will return your contents to you.
